@ for people. @@ for AI.

Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Grok, OpenCode, Pi, Hermes and Antigravity, once their command-line tool is installed and signed in. Any other command-line agent you add yourself. Your own OpenRouter, OpenAI, Anthropic or DeepSeek API key. A local model through Ollama, or Siri AI on macOS 26 or later. In the Setapp version you can also use the AI credits that come with your Setapp membership, no key needed.

No. Without one, AtAt is still a screenshot and screen recording tool with OCR, a clipboard history you can search on ⌘⇧V, and a small bar of actions for text you select. When you want to ask your AI, install and sign in to Claude Code, Codex or another agent's command-line tool, and AtAt finds it. Or add your API key or an Ollama model in Settings → Agent. Then type @@ and ask.

Your conversation, Clipboard History, Favorites, Memory and settings. iCloud Sync is off until you turn it on. When it's on, it uses your own iCloud, never an AtAt server, and your conversation is stored encrypted there. Attached files stay on the Mac. AtAt keeps no online copy of your captures. The only capture that gets uploaded is one you choose to share as a link. Link previews, and links you save to Favorites, do contact the site they point to.

You don't go to AtAt. It comes to you. Take a screenshot, select some text, pick something you copied, or type @@ right where you're typing, and the AI you already use answers. Press Tab and the answer lands where you were typing. Started somewhere else, like a screenshot? Tab copies it instead. Want to keep going? Click the card or press Return. Nothing on your screen is sent until you ask, and with @@ you see what goes along before you send.

Any text field on your Mac, in native apps and on web pages, like a Google Doc or a reply on X. Password fields are never read, so AtAt stays quiet there. TabTab works in the same fields, terminals and code editors included.

Download it from atatapp.com/download, open the file, drag AtAt into Applications and open it. If you use Homebrew, brew install --cask xinyao27/tap/atat does the same thing. You don't need an account or a card to start.

An Apple silicon Mac on macOS 15 or later. Siri AI needs macOS 26 or later. macOS only asks for a permission when you use the feature that needs it: Input Monitoring for @@, Accessibility to read and insert text (Device Control and Data Access on macOS 27), Screen Recording for captures, Finder Automation for Finder, and the microphone or camera for dictation and recordings.

You'll need AtAt One, the one plan for every AtAt app, to keep asking your AI. That covers typing @@ and every other way to ask, plus TabTab and Memory. Everything else keeps working: screenshots, OCR, Clipboard History and Favorites, both editors, and recording up to 1080p, 30 FPS and five minutes. Editor exports just get a small AtAt logo mark. To buy, pick monthly, yearly or Lifetime of AtAt One in the pricing section above and sign in to your AtAt account. Then sign in with the same email in Settings → Account, and it unlocks on that Mac. Sign in on as many Macs as you like. Every purchase and renewal comes with a 30-day refund promise.

No. What you ask goes straight from your Mac to the AI you picked, and that provider handles it under its own privacy policy. With Siri AI it never leaves your Mac. There are four exceptions. Dictation turns your voice into text on AtAt's server, and none of it is kept there. When an agent wants to run a command without asking you, the words you typed and that one step go through AtAt's server to Jev for a yes or no, unless you added your own Jev key; nothing is kept. A file you choose to share as a link is uploaded so others can open it. And when your AI uses an app you connected, like Gmail or Slack, or the morning briefing reads it, that request goes through AtAt's server and Composio, which holds the app's sign-in for you.

Only if you turn it on. It's off until you switch it on, either during setup or in Settings → General, and you can switch it off again anytime. It sends which features you use, with counts, timings and a random ID. It names the app you were typing in only when it's a common one. It never sends your prompts, files, clipboard, screenshots, OCR text or AI answers. Turning it off deletes anything waiting to be sent, and the random ID too. Separately, while you're signed in, AtAt tells your account about three first moments, once each: finishing setup, your AI answering for the first time, and the first feature that worked for you. That's how we see where new people get stuck. It's tied to your account, not to this switch, never sent while you're signed out, and deleted with your account.

Once you connect your calendar, mail, GitHub or Linear in Settings → Connectors, Chat on your Mac and iPhone opens each day with today's meetings and what's waiting on you. Tap a line and a sentence about it lands in the message box, ready for you to send. It can also remind you shortly before a meeting, at most 5 times a day. Click AtAt's menu bar icon to see the same day at a glance, with your tasks under it. With no apps connected, there's no briefing.

No. Prices don't include tax. Any VAT or sales tax where you live is added at checkout.

Going from monthly to yearly starts a new year right away, and what's left of your paid month comes off the price. Yearly to monthly starts at your next renewal, so you keep the year you paid for. Moving to Lifetime takes what's left of your current period off the Lifetime price. You'll see the amount before you pay, and the terms have the details.
