Refund policy

Last updated: 2026-11-01

Ask within 30 days of an AtAt purchase or renewal for a full refund. You do not need to give a reason.

What is covered

The 30-day promise covers monthly and yearly subscription payments, including renewals, and lifetime purchases.

The window starts on the date of the payment being refunded. Each renewal has its own 30-day window.

For a Lifetime upgrade, a full refund returns the amount paid for that upgrade. Contact us before also requesting a refund of the subscription payment used for its deduction: the purchases are linked, and returning that payment may affect Lifetime access. Refunds do not restart subscription renewal.

A new installation also receives a 14-day AtAt One preview with no AtAt account or payment card: everything except share links is on while it lasts. After it ends, running the agent — from every entry point, TabTab, and Memory — needs a monthly, yearly, or Lifetime plan; capture, recording within the free limits, clipboard history, and both editors stay free.

How to ask

Write to hi@atatapp.com from the checkout email address, or reply to the purchase confirmation email. Include the order number and payment provider if available.

A reason is optional. Contacting AtAt is the direct way to have this 30-day product policy applied; the payment provider’s buyer support and any rights under its own refund policy remain available too.

How the payment returns

The merchant of record on your invoice processes an approved refund to the original payment method where possible. That provider, your bank, and the payment method determine when the credit appears.

What happens to the licence

A refunded licence is revoked. After AtAt next checks the account’s plan, running the agent and the paid features stop. Capture, recording within the free limits, clipboard history, and both editors keep working, and locally stored data remains.

A refund does not delete your conversation in Chat, clipboard data, captures, or settings stored on your Mac.

Cancellation is different from a refund: it stops future renewals and leaves the subscription active through the paid period.

After 30 days

Requests outside AtAt’s 30-day promise are considered individually. Mandatory withdrawal, cancellation, and refund rights under applicable consumer law and the applicable payment provider’s buyer terms are not limited by this policy.
